Scratched my car up and broke a clip during installation

Worst experience ever . They scratched my car up and broke a clip in my car and left my door rubber open . Reached out to Cartrack and they said they will get back to me and I’m still waiting . When they wanted me to join they could phone every minute now I need to wait for them that messed up my car . This is not right Cartrack
