Scheduling Department is the worst!!!

I have signed up with CARTRACK and they have already debited my account but its almost mid month and they haven't come to install the device. I was given an installation date but noone pitched I haven't recieved any communication from the technicians and now when I call I am being told they are coming today and they will message me but to no avail. I am really disappointed with their service and dont recommend them at all!!
