Scheduling and maintenance

Cartrack is basically useless, they installed a device in my car and then called to say that they cannot pick up the unit on their system, I then availed myself for them to come and sort this out, it has been over a month with them re-scheduling and not even bothering to come. I strongly suggest that no one uses their service and I do not get why insurance companies want us to install units from this *********** company. They are truly the worst
