Scheduling an appointment with Cartrack technician is a nightmare.

I’m happy with Letlhogonolo Manuel service. I’m just not happy with Cartrack service. I called them last week to try get a technician to come install the device, but there was no one from the schedule department to get hold of and I was told that someone will call me back to make the arrangements. No one called so I called them again today and Letlhogonolo tried to book a technician to come, but the earliest technician she can get is for the 28 of February. So this means to try get an availability technician from cartrack takes a minimum of 18 days. By the way I’m paying for the device since it was taken from one car and now need to be installed in a different car. So I’m wondering who will take the responsibility if my car is ****** within this 18 days of no tracking device on the car? I’m really not happy with unavailable technicians employed at Cartrack or lesser employed technicians who are not enough to handle or maintain the number of customers they have.
