Scary Vehicle Tracking By Cartrack
What a scary night! Imagine pressing Cartrack's panic button at 23h30 for urgent assistance as an Uber Black driver, only to get no response from Cartrack. You then decide to directly call Cartrack, but their hotline number rings for more than a minute then gets hung up!

02 Jul 2025, 17:08It's now three days later and Cartrack is still yet to resolve my problem. Apparently, both the panic button and tracking unit on my car were marked for repairs a while back as they malfunctioned barely a month after their installation. This means I have been driving a high risk vehicle with no tracker or panic button.
