********! Do not join cartrac**** R150k Recovery warranty a lie!!!

So after joining and paying premiums for months on end, I got hijacked and shot. Was Hospitalized also. On my way to hospital, in pain and bleeding; I called cartrack to advise them of the incident..as I should, i was told my account was in suspended and no one had even notified me that they were cancelling my cover... or the reason for this.

So after a run around and countless phone calls and emails; 7 months down the line i have not been reimbursed. they kept asking for documents that they know would be a challenge to get hold of but I still managed and submitted everything they wanted and still nothing has been resolved.

I'm starting to think they or their employees were involved in the hijacking. I now don't think that it was a coincidence that they fitted my tracking device and I get hijacked at the very same place that they came to to fit the device...

The last phone call from them in August I was asked of the location of my vehicle as they were apparently testing their device. So to "Test their device" of a vehicle that was ****** and reported in February is really leaving me wondering if it was ever working in the first place????
