Cartrack is a ****, I joined cartrack last year june, last month I receive an sms saying my unit is faulty I must call them, when I call they told me that I must pay R600 because my unit I out of 12 month warranty, first of all the unit is not mine so how does the warranty and maintenance affect me second how sure am I that the unit is faulty just after 12 month that they ddnt switch if off since they have control, the lady said I must always check on the app if the unit is working but they app will never send you and OTP if you want to reset password.
