My amarok bakkie was ******, and Car Track could not find the vehicle after it was reportet ******. The worst part is that the Police found the vehicle in pretty bad Shape, we did not claim from the insurance because the excess amount was way too high, when we phoned car track - the only response they could give me is that they cannot find it no explanation whatsoever, the bakkie was discovered 3-4 weeks after it was ******, by the police they never even got back to us Car Track, and we must still pay the monthly fee of the unit, the Warrenty of R100 000 is a Major **** and false adverti*****t if they cant find the vehicle, we tought since the warranty will pay out with them we dont have to claim but all Car Track does is a LIE, if no one helps resolving the issue. Why call yourself one of the best, staff poorly trained and poor tracking device, i mean the unit was installed for less than a month and nothing could be done, somehow you shouldve picked up that the unit stoped reporting as it was a fleet and recovery Unit. Really poor!
