****!!!

I had a contract with car tracker for 3 year. My contract ended on the 4th of January, before then I was called by car track personnel asking if I want to continue with the contract I said no. The lady told me that for the month of January I will not be covered as my contract has ended. I was fine with that yesterday they debited why I don't know, I then disputed and I sent an email raising this matter. Today I received a call from a very rude consultant, telling me I now owe 450r.i explaned to him what had happened, and he told me he does not know who I spoke to and it is not his problem that there is an outstanding amount. Car track is just a **** and if they think I will be paying they are mistaken, my lawyer will be dealing with this.
