Saturday the 12th at 22 :30,I called for road assistance as I had a tyre punch

Saturday the 12th at 22 :30,I called for road assistance as I had a tyre punch. I was told I will be called back they need to log a call. I waited for 30 to 40 minutes for that call , till I called again to check if someone is on the way. I was asked all personal details including bank details mind u I'm a female, driving alone in the middle of the nowhere, no houses nearby & I could not change the tyre as i would be attracting ********s coz it was during the night. The road assistance only came at 23:30, an hour late is that on? Is that fair?
