Sales calls over a weekend

Wife was away for the weekend with the car. Got a call from Cartrack on Saturday afternoon 3pm. Thought something was wrong when I received the call, but it was just them trying to sell add-on products. No respect for my privacy or time. Will think twice before answering calls again but this creates a safety concern for me: is it a another sales call or is it legitimate??
