******** Safety Measure

I'm so sick of Cartrack's service from the control room. They have my cell number linked to the incorrect person on their system, and I've reported this so many times for the past 2 years. It's extremely annoying because they keep calling me in regard to a stranger's vehicle. Last night they woke me up twice in the middle of the night to tell me about a car that I don't even know about. Not only is this *********** - but's also unsafe to retain a wrong number for their customer. Imagine one day this guy is in serious danger, and they keep calling me? really? ... I'm livid from these people. I don't understand what's so difficult about fixing a number on their paying customer's profile.
