********s, debited my account for a installation 12 months ago, and still no unit installed, 12 months of premiums deducted for a service i dont have. Most *********** staff on earth, even managers don't ever call back i was promised a refund last month and a million calls later i am still not refunded. Yet against my rights collection agents call me a 7am to be rude and arrogant demanding payment. Currently escalating to consumer council and ******** charges for theft.
