Runaround

I've been with car track for more than 3 years on my lrevious vehicle aswell as my husbands vehicles. The service was amazing until recently. I we purchased a car i December and requested that a technician come do an installation and we had to run around them to come and do am installation and even had to email the CEO and only after they came. Now I just got anothee vehicle , i did a contract with as the momwnt you request a sales person to call its done immediately and you are promised immediate service. Well guess what ive been waiting and a full week has passed and not a single technicisn has showed up to come do an installation. Ive called n im even tired, they keep saying tomorrow at 3, " mam we dont have any technicians however one will come tomorrow"

Its absolutely pathetic yet they charge R800 if you miss an appointment with them. Yoh!
