Cartrack is the most useless company ever, 1ste of all you change your details then they still phone asking for the old details it seems that no one in the company know what the other one is doing. Both devices was faulty according to cartrack and come to replace the one device when they left the one that was not replace work the one that was replace work one's and never again. When i received a call again i ask to down grade my package to lowest one and i was told that will be R350 to down grade. I ask then to proceed with that and i was told they will call me back. Month later no one phoned only the account to threaten me they will blacklist me. CARTRACK IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY I EVER COME ACROOS WITH, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT THEIR CLIENTS.
