RUDE SALES AGENT FROM CALL CENTRE. CONDESCENDING.

I got a call from a call centre agent who was ABSOLUTELY rude and did not know your product. They did not give me a clear indicator as to where they have acquired my personal information from. The agent was rude , unprofessional and his tone was very condescending. I believe he mentioned his name was Rian . Please investigate this matter as this is what gives your company as car track a bad representation.
