Rude consultants

I just spoke to a lady from your offices, I did not get her name but she was very rude in her demand for payment.

I explained to her that I need a statement with banking details as I never received same before.

I also told her that no one from your offices have ever called me to sign me up or explain the package I have and yet she is calling me demanding payment.

I told her I will pay now as soon as she sends the statement.

She then proceeded with sending me a statement with a cancellation fee.

I did not mention anything of cancelling. It’s worrying to see that your employees hastily push clients for cancellation.
