Rude Consultant
Today i received a not so friendly service from a lady by the name of Lerato. Forgot her surname which she gave with attitude...
She was using slang during the call and even shouted "but I'm talking and you're quiet' phew she doesn't deserve to be on a client service center otherwise you will lose a lot of clients.
All I needed was to change my debit order banking details the call was received around 13:19.
