Rude consultant

I would like to lay a complaint of a consultant who was Rude to me and was told to take my business elsewhere if I want to.

She wasn't sympathetic with me in anyway. Iv been a loyal customer with you guys for the longest time for me to get such service is not on at all

I was involved in an accident and no contact was made to me nor my alternative number she told me that she can't give me answers as she doesn't know what happened
