Rude call centre operator

Had a phone call for your call centre trying to pitch a sale, aggressive and just rambling through it. When i informed the woman that i do not wish to be contacted and i want my personal details removed from your database.

The correct response would have been "apologies for any inconvenience caused and we will remove your data from our list", but she elected to throw the phone down in my ear.

WHAT A ****TY EXPERIENCE!! I WILL NEVER, ****ING EVER, DO BUSINESS WITH CARTRACK SIMPLY BASED ON THIS.

I still want my data removed from your database, failure to do so is an ******** offense.
