Rude and mess up on my profile

My debit order went off on the 16th without prior arrangements or me opting in for a different date as I work in a bank and we don't get paid early but on the 20th monthly as per my debit order date. This has now reflected as a unpaid item on my statement but what is making me more angry is I got a call this morning from a very rude person called Michelle if I am not mistaken telling me my account is in arrears I asked her how sure is she as my debit order run again this morning and it was successfully and also I questioned her why was a debited earlier than the date but she was defensive. Really not happy at all with such treatment
