Rude and disrespectful hung up on me without assistance

Called in to cancel I had to pay R470 something agent advised everything is up to date that I’ll only get debt in may 1st but another bill came to 360 apparently my account was in arrears I spoke to accounts they did asssit me was put through to client services the lady who assited me was rude to me and hung the phone on me when I told her I wan speak to a manager this is the worst company to deal with as not one worker knows what’s going on it’s a bunch of people with grade 2 education that’s working here
