Rude Agents Calling Me

I got a call from *** today at 13h29 and the person said she was calling from Cartrack. She then proceeded to give a car registration number and asked me if I was still the owner of the vehicle. As soon as she got her answer she hung right up. No goodbye. No additional information as to why she would ask me such a personal question. NOTHING.<br> <br> I don't know what kind of training is provided to your agents but this is no way to speak to customers. Since is it okay for you not inform a customer why you are calling them? Since when is it right for you to hang up on customers?
