RUDE AGENTS

i got a call from a lady from the ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT now at 09:06 to be precise, inquiring about my outstanding balance, as i was explaining why is it that its outstanding and wont be paid, she rudely said this is not the department, cutting my explanation short, Sonner than i though i was transferred to a lady called Londiwe, who helped me so nicely. i asked to be transferred back to accounts the sweet lady did as asked and transferred me to Mr Ntsikelelo, who tried to resolve the situation in the mist of things trying to hide that lady that was rude. i told him i work at a call center and know the telephone etiquette from the back of my head, he then later also became rude and said i want him to change things on the system to please me. how wonderful. he later told me the lady that called me is DIMAKATSO, rude woman who has no customer service whatsoever. i would like to report her stinking behavior and will be awaiting for feedback from the seniors. if it means i write to the boar of directors and trusties,,,, trust me i will.
