Robbing clients

I canceled my tracking due to my car that was sold I signed cancelations documents and still to this day cartrack is denting my account twice in one month with R975 rand that is if added up 1950 they are robbing me and they don't even call to let you know that they taking that amount you robbing your own clients of there hard earned money I would like my refund from cartrack
