Hi Hellopeter Thank you for being there to solve our problems and to act on our behalf.

I am so frustrated at the moment, I hope you can come to my rescue.

I had a contract with cartrack for 36 months,which came to an end December 2019.I contacted the company telephonically, to remind them that my contract is ending.

The lady that took my call, was very *********** and therefore did not capture my call.

My nightmare started right there after. I was forced to make an additional 1 months payment. I therefore paid the company 37 months of premium, for a 36 months contract.

I was forced to reversed several debit orders, because they keep on deducting money.

I communicated several times telephonically aswell as per e-mail with several people at the company regarding outstanding payment, that they claim I owe them.

I communictes with consultants at the company , on the following dates, 28/12/2019, 08/02/2020, 16/02/2020, 17/02/2020, 16/03/2020, 25/05/2020 12/06/2020.

But they keep on phoning me, harassing me, threatening me, to hand me over to credit bureau.

I am at my whitts with this company, that just want money. Please Help.
