Roaming or not you get charged

Molantwa Netshimbolimbo handled my query and my clear frustration quite effectively. But I was charged for roaming because, I suspect, the antenna network that Cartrack uses registered the use of a network close to the RSA/Botswana border that is on the Botswana side. My vehicle does cross the border. While I was querying the claim to be charged for roaming, Cartrack went ahead and charged me anyway and debited my account for this unconfirmed roaming. Molantwa is well trained to handle disgrunled customers. My request is still, for Cartrack to show me where the vehicle roamed for this charge and also how do I know it will not happen again? And will I be protected against theft in case the ***** takes the vehicle across the border?
