Roaming fees

14 April I gave the a courtesy call to say we're going to Mozambique, the agent asked me of I want roaming, I declined, however an amount of R159,02 was deducted from my account I dispute the amount as I did not agree to roaming. I logged a query on the 7 & 8 June 2023 no feedback since first query logged but the phone me 4 times a day telling me my account is in arrears but nobody can provide me with the recording where I declined roaming. I'm at wit's end no customer service
