Ripoffs

Absolutely disgusted at the level of service I have had to endure with these guys, my contract ended in October after 36 months of terrible experience. When I ask for my refund I get told I didn't request for cancelation and therefore need to wait 20 days for their stupid cancelation but also cannot get my refund is there anyone in this company that follow process. They never keep call refs nor ever know what other calls were about.
