I just got a call from a rude fellow called Sibonelo trying to force me to make a payment even after i had explained to him that my account is up to date. I asked him a simple question"for which month am i owing" but no answer. One wonders what criteria Cartrack uses to recruit Useless individuals like Sibonelo who cant even go through a person's payment history to explain which month is owed. Instead of answering my question he rudely hung up on me
