Appalling service. When you try to cancel your subscription on a car which has been sold they inform you you have a 5 year contract! Ridiculous on a car. They they charge you a cancellation fee which equates to balance of contract. AT least when cellphone companies rip you off you get a phone at the end of it. This is just a *******.
