When I took insurance with Miway, I was adviced that Miway only deals with cartrack for a tracking device. Miway advised them to call me to install a Cartrack unit. That was arranged and I got it installed for free as promised with a monthly fee of R130.

So I had an accident couple of weeks ago. Miway wrote my car off. I then decided that I needed to cancel everything regarding the car as I'm not planing to buy a car soon. Now the fight starts because I need to pay a cancellation fee of R1800 for something I don't have and only knowing that I have a 3 year contract with Cartrack. There is no even a policy to a situation like these and they only want me to pay the money.
