Ridiculous service

Since Mt last review last week. Was contacted by Zandile who is the CEO for escalation who promised to fix the matter urgently and as her priority. This was a show as to date I'm still waiting and sending emails daily for follow up. No one should do business with Cartrack period!! Ridiculous and unprofessional service.
