Ridiculous further debit orders despite a credit due to client

Have been a client for Cartrack for years. All debit orders paid timeously. Than a random additional debit of R138. Via WhatsApp communication account was in arrears by R79 due to their billing competencies and now I'm due R59 credit. Cartrack do you really think that you can just pick from clients bank accounts. Very disappointing customer service
