Ridiculous debits going off my account

After requesting a cancelation and then being contacted by a reassuring retention agent I have been patiently waiting for the apparent investigation with the techs on why my Carwatch feature isn't working. I've given them more than enough time in which I've received no feedback or communication of any kind and now they go and deduct x2 R2,000.00 amounts off my account on the same day, 1 September whilst its still the 31st of August. This is about ridiculous and I can honestly say I don't even know what to do with them as no rational approach seems to work with them.
