Revolting Service

I have been getting numerous of calls, smses and emails regarding my account that I need to pay. I finally paid up the account and now I am getting the run around regarding a paid up letter that I requested. I have sent requests via email to Mbali Mana but she has just ignored me till this day. instead I am still getting calls that the account is behind whereas I have paid.
