Reversal

Service sucks cannot do a debit order reversal as promised. No feedback until I called in after 18 days from the initial call, and only told it cannot be done put on hold for 30 minutes and the call was cut. No responsibility and accountability for their mistakes. Can I have my money back so tired 😫
