Response time poor
On the 9th of November 2017, i called the call centre to locate my car, she told me the car was in Braamfontein and stand still, i told the person that the car is in Marshalltown. That is roughly 5km different. Then i let it go. Now 20min ago now as i write this review , i press a panic button, no respond, press it again no respond. I don't know what to say about this company, I joined it a month ago from another bad tracker company thinking this one will be best. I give up!!!
