Request for Assistance Regarding Tracker Charges

Hello Peter,

I kindly request your assistance regarding my Suzuki Swift GLX.

My vehicle was involved in an accident in early January when another driver bumped into me on my way home. Following the accident, I reported the matter to Cartrack and informed them that the vehicle had been declared a write-off by the bank and is no longer in my possession.

However, I was advised that the tracker cannot be removed unless I pay R2,500 for its removal or cancellation fee.Since the vehicle was repossessed/written off in January and I no longer have access to it, I am concerned that I am still being charged for the tracker service on a vehicle that is no longer in my possession.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and stopping the ongoing charges.
