Repulsive services

Cartrack is repulsive, they did a DnR, which is supposed to be removing a unit from one car and installing it in another one, they failed dismally, I don't know know if their technicians are just not s****ed or lazy to do the work, my unit worked from a week and it stopped working, they did not even have the decency to call me nor send an sms to tell me something is wrong, I called them and they took their precious time to respond and "fix the unit" like they said but it worked for a second and as soon as the tech left it stopped working and they had the nerve to debit me for a unit that didn't work for a whole month, then I have to chase thier assess to fix it and now they won't even get back to me, a so called Brandon said he will send a tech but never did,, wow imagine if I got hijacked, it clearly means I would have lost my car, I am so unsafe now and they don't care but want to debit from my account.... Really disappointed in this service especially since it puts peoples lives in danger and thier belongings

I wonder if management will ever do anything about this but highly doubt it... They clearly don't care
