Removal of device from old vehicle to new- Pathetic Service

On numerous occasions I have tried to get your client services and installations teams to remove the tracking device from my previous vehicle to a recent one I have purchased but with no luck. My efforts herein have been in vein and thus tiring and have caused nothing but heart ache and stressful days for me. I have even resorted to reversing my debit orders because no one wishes to attend to this query and no matter how much I try I cannot seem to make any progress. Your collections team have contacted me on numerous occasions and have tried to connect me to your installation guys but with No luck, the guys literally put the phone down in my ear. All I want is for a device to be moved to a different vehicle. Your installation team is the most useless I have come across yet on a monthly basis a premium is collected from my account. Please kindly look into your teams because they are costing you 1 client(myself) and probably more due to their lack of interest to perform the tasks you have hired them to perform. Soon you'll be handing me over to your Attorneys for collections over something that is not even my fault. Cartrack seems to be having endless issues lately and it is very alarming. I anticipate your feedback on this matter urgently.
