Rejected vehicle recovery claim
I was hijacked on the night of 27/06/2025 around 20h00,car,phones, money and belongings were taken, we were left in the wilderness we get help at or after midnight where I was borrowed phone to call cartrack, they could not recover the car, now they accuse me of not answering the phone that night, how can someone answer his/her phone while hijackers took our phones, now they reject my claim for recovery. Please help

23 Jul 2025, 13:08I don't trust these company any longer,when signing in in companies like cartrack, you always think of your safety and security but after this incidence I doubt them, because we were nearly killed, left nowhere the next thing, you are told of excuses that your recovery claim is rejected, so disappointed at the management and administration of companies like these.
