Rejected claim

Good Day my name is Thabiso Johannes Chomane. I had tracker cover with cartrack. If they can`t find my car then they would pay me the value of my car. My car was hijacked,and i was ****** and assaulted. I was traumatized and in pain and could only report the matter to cartrack the following morning as i was hijacked the previous night and had no means of communication that time. Cartrack could not find my car and requested me to submit documents so that i can claim for my car. They rejected my claim for the reason that i was suppose to notify them within seven hours. Please assist in this matter, my cellphone was ****** and where would i have got hold of them that time of the night as their numbers was stored in my phone. I had to borrow money to call them and ask people to google their contact details for me. I feel i was treated unfair so please help with this matter. Regards Thabiso Johaanes Chomane
