Reinstallation of tracker

We have bought a new polo I have paid the 870 rand to remove the tracking device from the current car and reinstall it into the new car but it's been over a week and every day when I Phone it's gonna be tomorrow it's gonna be tomorrow as this new car that we bought is a polo. We can't drive it now because it doesn't have a tracker but over the weekend they asked me 2 times were is the money 870 rand to reinstall

Got SMS on Thursday 31 July it's gonna be 48 hours

Today is 6 off August and still nothing

Vw Witbank also can't self the old car due to the tracker still being in it ..
