Refusing to Cancel an expired contract

CarTrack is useless and they are *****s.

My contract with them ended a while back but they continue to debit me, in May 2023 I wrote them an email requesting to cancel the month to month debit order, they never rep****. In September I called their call center to request a cancelation of debit orders they promised me it's done. I asked for a confirmation email to date I never received it. They are still debiting my account, they even debit my account on random dates causing me a lot of money in returned debit penalties. I advice anyone looking for a car tracking device not to do business with CARTRACK💔😢
