Refusing to cancel

I called cartrack telling them that my vehicle involved in an accident so is written off I want to cancel it they said I’m pay for cancellation fees that they never tell me the time i join it now they busy debit it since January. I request for call recording cause they used to say our calls are recorded. I want to hear the part that told me about the cancellation fees
