Refuses to fix Damages caused by installation

My BMW X5 Reg LT 98 GG GPhad a cartrack unit installed and the technician blew the bower motor and the battery kept dying out.

The second technician refused when he came out saying that the first technician did something wrong.

We made numerous calls and cartrack refuses to fix the problem.

Cartrack must Please fix my car because ever since the technician came out to install my blower motor stopped working the drivers side door handle broke and my battery get drained out.

This is an electronic fault that took place. The call center refuses to help
