Refusal to terminate & no resolution

This is worst company ever!!!😡 Few months ago I phoned for a complaint. The initial agent I spoke to had said this a month to month not a contract & explained the services i would then have. After the installation when their callcentre phoned the lady said it was a 3year contract of which I explained & told her what transpired, I then requested termination & the recording, I requested this within 3 or 5days of installation, I was then sent from pillar to post with no resolution, with the last consultant I spoke to, I asked about the process to terminate she said there's a penalty fee, I explained she further said she will escalate. There's no feedback or resolution, it is October now. Anyone considering this company run!!!! Worst service
