Refusal to co-operate in policy termination.

I deleted my previous bad reveiw as one of their seniors contacted me and explained why their contact centre desk is unhelpful to me. I have been fighting with Cartrack from 4 months now. After I was contacted for writing a complaint, I confirmed to Sally Moeketsi that I wanted to cancel my policy... but I requested my contract... she ignored me... their retentions department also refused to provide me with a terms of service or contract which they kept referring to. They are still debitting from my account although I've communicated many times that I want to cut ties with them! They will only tell you verbally that you will be liable for a cancellation fee, but will not provide a full contract with all these terms in writing. I definitely do not recommend them, their customer service lacks and they are not accountable at all!
