Refusal to cancel policy and poor service
Cartrack is such a **** , I have tried to cancel their account as I did inform them that no longer have the car they are tracking. They refused to cancel and rather debited me on two of my back accounts for the same amount. They online”WhatsApp” service help is even more useless. I would not recommend cartrack to anyone .
